We want you to buy with confidence. Every Unison Golf order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

How the guarantee works

Use your Unison Golf trainer for up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If you are not happy with it for any reason, email us at sales@unisongolf.com within those 30 days with your order number and we will refund the full purchase price of the item.

Returns

To start a return, email sales@unisongolf.com before sending anything. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted. If we ask you to return the item, we will send you return instructions and the return address by email.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different bundle is to request a refund for the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
