Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every Unison Golf order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods, holidays, bad weather or customs delays.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided on all shipped items. When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to show its first update.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States are sent duties paid, so there are no extra import fees to pay on delivery. Orders shipped to other countries may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country; any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if your parcel is lost.

Multiple items

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.
